"The all-new Captain America makes the scene with this issue! But who’s under that shiny new mask? Union Jack? Tony Stark? USAgent? Cable? The Eradicator? Alex Ross? Mitt Romney? John Edwards? Santa Claus? Or, since none of those choices makes a lick of sense (Seriously, Union Jack? You really thought Union Jack was going to be the new Captain AMERICA?), perhaps it’ll just be Winter Soldier like we all assumed six months ago. Either way, Captain America is back, shield-slinging and AIM-bashing as well as he ever has, thanks to the excellent (and actually relevant, a little) plot by Ed Brubaker and moody-but-muddy artwork of Steve Epting and Butch Guice, which could stand to be a little less muddy, come to think of it. Still, a fun comic and not a terrible place to jump on board."
